I demand of myself that you have access to all properties that come on the market, on the same level playing field as anyone.

What this means to you is that whether you are buying or selling, you must expect these duties of me. The duties of Confidentiality and Loyalty must be maintained even after the transaction has completed or our relationship has changed.
